1. Notice Period:
Genesis School of Driving (GSOD) requires a minimum notice period, 24-48 hours, to cancel or reschedule a lesson without incurring a fee.

2. Cancellation Fee:
If a lesson is canceled within 24 hours period, NO fee applies for the first time. 50% of the lesson fee will be charged from thereafter.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY:
If a student/client doesn’t show up for a lesson, full fee applies.

4. Instructor Cancellation:
If the instructor cancels a lesson in the last moment in less than an hour due to an unavoidable situation, the school gives 50% of the duration of the lesson FREE.

Important:
All clients are requested to reach their scheduled venue 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time.
